Returns

You can return unused Jawbreakers in their original, unopened bag within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email hookjaws1@gmail.com or call or text (309) 264-0297 with your order number. We will reply with the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong color, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exceptions

Baits that have been opened, rigged or fished cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
